Payments
Payments are typically made via PayPal or Stripe. If you pay with a personal check, work will not begin until funds have cleared. If you need another payment method or would like to write the money directly to my account, please just contact me to discuss it.
Payment must be made in full before any work is started unless prior arrangements have been made. No payment plans for projects under $1,000.
Terms/Conditions
If you purchase an item from my website, the description of that item/service serves as the contract and the Terms and Conditions.
If we did not have an official Contract drafted, our emails, Facebook or LinkedIn chat logs, or any other conversation logs will serve as our contract and proof of our Work Agreement and Terms.
All conversations, chats, text messages and emails regarding the work agreement between you (the client) and me (the contractor) will serve as Terms and Conditions when no official contract is in place.
Refunds
I do not offer cash refunds for copywriting services. Just the act of accepting your copy project means I will deep dive into the research of your business, your branding, your services, your target market and many other details. The research phase alone is very extensive and takes time before a single word is written.
It is my goal to have every client walk away THRILLED with the work they receive from me and I am open to editing and reworking until you are 100% satisfied with the final product. However, I cannot give cash refunds once I have begun working on a project.
